"Chris worked with us in designing the system. The neighborhood we are living in has no street lights and is very dark at night. We also want a system which is easy to maintain. He provided us a quote in a timely manner, and although his quote was the most expensive one we went with him. Installation was quick and absolutely no-mess. Chris came back to our home twice to get us the fixtures that would fit our fence posts. "I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."
