Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. I waited a few weeks for this work, but it was worth it; plumbers, electricians are very busy right now. Joe was also right up-front with his schedule, which was good to know from the start.
