"Bernie Jones had detailed and measured drawings and detailed prices when he presented his estimate. All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. Two of my neighbors, after seeing our remodel, have also had their kitchens remodeled. Our son has had work don in his 1931 home in Minneapolis. I would not hesitate to use them again."

Mine started out as a kitchen project and when I was talking with them, I decided to do my bathroom as well, the price wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. Very friendly and respectful workers, they had my house and garage cleaned up better than I do! They were very flexible with timing and scheduling. In order to show me the sample of the backsplash, he showed up at 0615 so I wouldn't be late for work! That surprised me and was much appreciated. They truly go above and beyond in the process and to help understand the process. The part I truly appreciated is it wasn't just one quote. Modest, middle grade and high end pricing. You can see where the cost is going and then go from there to make it specific to your likings."

"Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."
