Small job but local tile installers & plumbers wouldn't do it because of liability of cracking tiles or hitting electrical/plumbing behind wall despite my knowing location of electrical/plumbing/studs. I've never drilled porcelain tile & watched lots of YouTube instructional videos but didn't want to risk cracking either due to my lack of experience. I found Bill on Angie and he responded immediately and continued to contact me for a convenient time to do job as I was traveling. Bill showed up on time & did job quickly & professionally with correct diamond porcelain tile bits and knew how to keep bits cool while drilling. No cracks! Shower is hung. Happy! Really nice guy too! He's our new goto handyman."
