"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. They had to dig through very hard soil to reach the tank but managed to do so and with persistence reached the lid. They pumped out the tank in short order. I would rehire and call them again when time to pump again. Very satisfied with their service."

"Initial effort to complete job stopped for good reason. Operator discovered a buried cable near the tank that look like it could be electrified. Placed One Call that came out the next day. Cable determined to be an old phone or TV line no longer in service. Putting safety first was the right call. Once cleared the job was done well and the price was fair. Inspected both openings and determined the baffles could go for a while yet. Appreciated that unneeded services were not pushed. Will call them the next time we need this service done."
