"Jamison is very professional. So much so I took a year of service with him. So far everything in the house is good and the pest issue has reduced significantly."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"I reached out to Monterey Vista Termite Control to get an estimate on fumigation, and though I reached out on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, Andy got back to me immediately on that same day, answered all our questions, and immediately provided us with an estimate that was lower than the other estimate we had received. Andy was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andy and this company, and we will definitely reach out again the next time we need any pest related services!"

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"Very well. The agent explained why termite spot treatment is better than fumigation and the specific steps and chemicals they would use and the warranty behind it and proceeded to do the work precisely as explained."

"Termite Biz, Inc. was able to schedule a termite tenting procedure for our home in a very short notice, with 2 termite reports done by previous companies. The timing was really appreciated. Inquiries were responded to in a very timely manner by our representative, Marvin Yee. I guess we really won't know if the tenting did the trick until down the road; i.e. no more termites in and around the outside of our newly purchased home. Based on our experience with Termite Biz.com to date, I would recommend this company. Of the 3 different quotes, they were the most reasonable and accommodated our desired dates for tenting. The only negative comment I would make is to make sure you fully understand what will be done. Since we had drywood and subterranean termites, tenting and spraying in the attic was necessary. The spraying did not occur until Day 4. (We thought everything was going to be in 3 days.)"

"More expensive than Planet Orange, but better long term treatment. Neither could treat external termite locations such as tree stump or infested fence."

"This pro found something pretty serious that humboldt pest and termite missed during there monthly service."
