Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ!
