"The whole experience was amazing. When we began this process we called a number of different companies for estimates. Paramount was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and always showed up at the scheduled appointment time. Their estimate was very reasonable. They included a lot of items in the estimate that would be an extra cost with other companies. Tom asked a lot of questions and took pictures for the estimate and once we chose Paramount I was able to meet the other contractors that would be handling parts of the remodel (electrician and the tile guy). Jay who took care of the plumbing (also installed the water softener)was great to have working in the house. He was so friendly and would take time to answer all of my questions and explain what he was doing and why. Larry (the electrician) and his associate were very thorough when they came to determine where all the electrical items would be installed. They were working with a bare wall and had to take a lot of measurements to make sure the lights over the vanity would end up at the correct height as well as dealing with old wall switches and outlets that would no longer be needed. Ed and his son did all of the tile work and installation of the shower stall. These two guys were such a joy to have in my home. They were so personable and friendly. He would explain what they were doing and asked for my input about a number of things as well as making great suggestions when I was unsure about the placement of something. I cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen. The entire experience with Paramount Plumbing was amazing. They were always on time and all of the contractors were very aware of keeping my house clean. They always laid down plenty of drop cloths (especially during the demolition) and cleaned up on a daily basis at the end of the work day. I was very comfortable with all of the gentleman being in the house with me. The work was completed about a week and a half later than what was expected but that was due to a delay in the delivery of the cabinetry. I have had a few issues with contractors in the past so I was concerned about choosing someone for this project, but everything with this job went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount Plumbing to anyone."

"Paul Francis and Brennan Machemer were the key persons who planned and executed our sewer pipe replacement project at our home on July 19 and 20, 2021. They came to our house two times and answered all our questions and concerns before an investment agreement was signed. There were numerous emails, phone calls that were promptly responded to whenever we needed answers or feedback including correspondences over weekends. The project work was thorough and everything that was specified in the estimate was done as promised. Creative Excavating was amazing. They had several people that worked two long hot days and even planted grass seed after all the laying of the sew pipe to the street was done. Inside the house, Brennan and his crew made sure no items were damaged and cleaned up everything when they were done. All the work was high quality and we have had no issues with all of toilets, drains, all the items that were affected by the sewer pipe replacements inside. Finally, all the contractors that gave us proposals for this project, Benjamin Franklin was the most equitable bid. Paul and Brennan made sure we were satisfied with their recommendations and said to contact them any time with any questions.
