"Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"After calling 4 different plumbing companies to install my water heater FAST was the one I chose due to their responsiveness and clarity in answering my questions before the sale. I had completed research on a 12 year warranted, self cleaning Rheem tank I wanted to replace my current aging AOSmith. FAST was able to provide the tank, delivering and installed it on the day agreed with no issues. Since I'm somewhat handy I had a lot of questions for Dan, the installation tech which he answered professionally and in detail. I appreciated his organized installation process keeping his tools tidy and his workspace clean. His new install looks cleaner and more professional the the original install with all hoses tucked away neatly and no excess lines cluttering the space. Also last but not least I really appreciated Dan keeping his mask on through the whole process and respecting social distancing with COVID precautions."

"<p>First, scheduling was a breeze. I called several Bellingham plumbers and all were telling me they could come out within a week to two weeks. Considering I was "done" dealing with my project, I was pretty much prepared to pay anyone anything to get my life back to normal. I called Favinger and they had availability to come out the following day. I initially passed them over because I am broke from remodeling the kitchen and they got a "B" in price, but in the end, they were no more expansive than another plumber quoted me over the phone. </p> <p>The service was excellent. Nick was our tech and he did a great job. He kind of goofed and came to our home before his first regularly scheduled job, but he quickly admitted his mistake, went and took care of the other job, and was back to my home still within the promised window. "It is not easy to live in a construction zone for 10 weeks. Work was done Tuesday to Friday 7:00-5:30. That  gave us a break from the commotion.  A wind and rain event created a problem, but they handled it with grace and efficiency. Their reputation with our city inspectors is great, and we passed easily in both the design permits and work inspections. <br />"

"Legacy Remodeling did an awesome job to our bathrooms and family room. It turned out beautifully and was completed on time. After meeting up with Alvaro (owner) several times to discuss the projects, we decided to hire him. The best part about this renovation was that Alvaro did the work himself with very good eye on details, as well he is very knowledgeable on plumbing, tiles, carpentry and electrical. Also, he has a great crew. Often, they worked weekends and stayed late. We were very happy with Alvaro and his crew and, we plan to hire them again soon for our next house project."

"He was here the last time for an hour and three quarters and the rate is $98 an hour, which is probably pretty good for plumbers. He got everything done that I wanted him to, and he gave me some good advice because I was having drain problems. He said that he couldn’t help with that but he gave me the name of a company. He had some material that I had to buy. He checked a number of things while he was here and fixed them. They were just little things but they were annoying me and could have led to problems especially the leaks. He was more or less just what I expected. He had to go out to his truck to get the part for the mini bar sink but he actually had a piece and he did it. He was courteous and got here on time, and I wasn’t waiting around. I discovered a few more things and I am planning to call them back out."

"We’ve used absolute plumbing before and really liked them. I will say that they do a nice job and the shower looks nice, however it took them 15 hours to install, they did not tell me that the hourly rate increased because he main plumber brought another worker and they showed up late (about and hour to two hours) both days. Normallly they tend to be very reasonably priced but my invoice seemed a bit expensive for what they completed (however I’m not a professional so who knows). I think what frustrated me most is they sent an invoice the first day that seemed low, but I wasn’t complaining and then the next day it went up $2000 with a “revised” invoice. I wish they would have sent the correct one first as the price increase was a bit overwhelming. My suggestion is to get a bid if you’re doing any large project with them which I will be doing in the future!"
