Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!"

"Brandon was extremely helpful, showing us what he was doing and explaining the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend Rescue Rooter as an honest, reliable company. I will definitely use them again when I need repair or replacement services."

"Hans, your employee, was a most personable and knowledgeable technician. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which he explained and then dealt with the blockage after he discovered the source of the situation. Should we need another visit for this particular issue, and we will every two or three years, I am going to ask for Hans to personally do our clearing of the kitchen drain."

"Clem called me immediately after I placed a request. He was very polite and professional. One of our family friends is already on his way to help us with this problem. I wrote his name into my contacts and will call him when I have another plumbing need."

"Junior Chang arrived at my home on time and ready to help. I had a clogged kitchen drain. He snaked the drain two to three times and unclogged the drain. He advised me on additional services that would improve the drain. He charged me the price he quoted prior to arrival at my home. Very easy and professional interaction. I would recommend him to anyone."

"What had started as a small task (or at least I thought) turned into something more than what I expected. That’s when I started shopping around for plumbing services, Cortes plumbing service and drains was one of the first to reach out to me and provided an estimate over the phone. Eduardo was professional and was able to come to my house with in the hour. After reviewing my drain line clog he explained a few options and tried a few drain line augers, luckily around 65/75 ft the issue was resolved. Some grass root was found along with some menstrual tissue that was caught with in the root. Eduardo was able to remove the heart of the root and clear out the clog. He also recommend treatment to prevent further root growth in the sewage line, along with some preventative maintenance recommendations. I definitely will be using his services again as I am happy with the quality and level of knowledge to explain the steps needed for a successful repair."

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."
