"We had the exterior and dead attic space of our new home inspected by ABC technicians. They took photos of construction gaps that might serve as entry points for small rodents. An ABC crew sealed these gaps and installed screens on our attic vents and fans. The result of this project is that we have been completely pest free for years. We have an ABC technician come by periodically to check for activity, just to be safe (a service we very much recommend). When I called John he offered to come that Sat., but would be cheaper to come on Monday. Chose to wait. He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. "I contacted Tier 1 Exterminators via email about some rodent issues I’ve been having - I live in an older house with a lot of gaps in the foundation so I wasn’t too surprised to hear them start scampering about in my crawlspace once the temps cooled down. They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away. He showed up and was super friendly, asked about my dogs and family, and then started doing his inspection. That took about 10-15min, then he gave me a run down of what he found, where the entry points were, etc. He kept me very well informed on how he would deal with the issue (trap locations and making sure I was okay with the placement, where he needed to seal, pricing). Charlie is the best"
