Look no further honestly, because we needed a french drain (not the simple wall spacer) but the complicated one with lots of concrete floor demolition, irrigation piping, all leading to multiple sump pumps, and re-doing the floor professionally ... and we were sooooo pleased with the speed, efficiency and quality of RAD's work. The crew jackhammered a trench along the wall in my basement and installed a drainage pipe, fill and a sump pump. They cemented over the trench and it looks like they were never here. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
