We really appreciate the notes they leave for us explaining in detail what they did, and also give tips regarding when to mow high vs. low, how often to water, what their next steps will be, etc. They keep us in the loop every step of the way. The NexGreen rep caring for our lawn is the same person who comes out each time, so it's not like starting over with a different person. We definitely recommend them to everyone. My parents will be using them next year because they are impressed with what a difference they've made on our lawn.
