"Skip and his crew at Elite Fence fulfilled all my needs and were great to work with. Skip came out on a Sunday afternoon in August to give me a free quote on how much it would cost to remove the old fence and put up the new one. He explained the whole process in detail and gave me a time frame for how long it would take. We agreed on a price which was very reasonable and he printed a contract for me on the spot which we both signed and dated. Skip and his crew arrived to start work on the date he had stated they would and completed the work in the 4 day timeframe that Skip said it would take. The job site was cleaned up every evening when they left and at the end of the job you would have never known they were there except for the new fence. The materials they used were top notch. They probably would have finished a day earlier but they did not like the quality of many of the fence boards so they would not use them. The substandard fence boards were returned to be replaced with boards Skip thought met his standards so the fence could be completed. Skip told me after the fence had been in awhile the gates may not shut properly because of "settling"so I should call him to come adjust them for no charge. He also gave me information on how to maintain the fence to extend its usefulness. I now have a great looking, secure fenced area for my dogs and myself to enjoy thanks to Skip and his crew at Elite Fence."

"We needed 3 12-foot sections of Vinyl fence installed. I looked into fencing contractors to do the job. The first quote came back unable to do for at least 4-6 weeks! "I hired Following Steps Landscapers to build a new fence in my backyard, as well as to remove very old chain link and privacy fencing already in place. Once I contacted the owner, Angel, he was able to visit my property and supply an estimate within the week. Work began the following week. Very old fencing was removed and replaced with approximately 225 feet of pressure treated wood privacy fencing. The fencing included two gates: one in front and one in the rear of the property.  One side of the property proved problematic in that it included two old fences parallel to each other containing many old tree stumps as well as weeds and vines. Angel's crew removed everything to install a beautiful fence. The other side of my property contains a very large mulberry tree that sits directly on the property line shared with my neighbor. Angel's crew was able to split the fence to accommodate the tree. My neighbor said the crew was very nice to him when he was giving instructions as to where the property line sat. The crew also removed a large pine tree in the front yard that was planted too close to the house. Work was completed in a week. I was so pleased that the crew, who was very pleasant, also trimmed all of my bushes and cleaned the existing flower beds!  Everything was well prepared for me to begin new plantings in the spring. I was extremely happy with Following Steps work and, if need be, will hire them again.

"Hire this company!  They are wonderful.  After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work.  He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs.  His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like.

They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011.  The dumpster was delivered the same day.  The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think.  Everything went great.  Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard.  I don't know how they do it.  It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained. 

After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left.

Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right.  The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly. 

Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous.  I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year.  In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012.  I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design.  Really nice people, very professional.  I am thrilled with my new patios. Just beautiful.  A HUGE THANK YOU TO FLETCHER'S.  

Oh, and when the job was finished on 11/12/2011, they sent me flowers.  How sweet is that!

"JD painting came to the house and provided a quick turnaround for a quote. The quote seemed very high however due to my limited timeframe to complete work I accepted the quote. They stated due to my timeline they'd be at the house from 7-7 everyday to get it done. Most days their hours were from 8:30-5:30 and of course they finished the job 2 days later than quoted. Their painting quality of work was great and if only grading on that it would receive an A, however cost, timeliness of completion and cleanliness of "finished" job site was awful. Finally, when wanting to discuss a couple of concerns about the finished product the owner was no where to be found and wouldn't return calls. If you do go with JD Painting do not pay in full until satisfied. Once I gave final check the site was left as is. Cups everywhere, hardware left off or poorly installed, etc. I would not recommend to a friend."
