"They reached out quickly to me and discussed the job and arranged a time to come and give a estimate. Rob showed up on time and was knowledgeable and helpful. I accepted the estimate and arranged a time for the work to be done. Once again Rob showed up on time prepared to do the work. He complained the job in the amount of time given. The work that was done was well done and very professional. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Also he was able to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend them to do work for others and will be hiring them again for any future work that needs to be done. Thanks Rob. Appreciate the work you did."

"Friday April 25 - company reached out after appointment starting time that they were no longer available and needed to reschedule Wednesday April 30 - company late for appointment Friday May 9th - company rescheduled installation date Wednesday May 14th - company rescheduled installation date again Saturday May 16th - company reached out at appointment starting time to reschedule Saturday May 16th - after we voiced our frustration with the above, company indicated with 40 minutes advance notice that they may not be able to make appt Saturday May 16th - company no-showed the time they suggested. We are unable to get in touch with company. Despite the company having read receipt functionality turned on, we did not receive a response after they read our message asking if anyone was coming so we could plan our Saturday accordingly "
