"We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem.
