"Scheduling and general help when I called in was good. The two guys they sent out were nice and seemed conscientious. I wondered though about the quality of the work when they were done in about 20 minutes. When I went up to install my new gutter foam it was clear they had not rinsed them out as advertised. When I called I was told they should have done it and they came back the next day to rinse them out. Even though I had to have them come back I was generally happy with the response and service. When I went on the roof to install the gutter foam in two short gutters I found they had not cleaned out two downspouts (that were not easy to get to). Took me an hour to clean them out and the mess it caused. With little confidence at this point, I ended up having to check all of the other downs spouts which ended up being okay."

"Very timely on response to request for service and show times. Very reasonably priced. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."
