"Michael here, Dec 16 thru 19 2024 The Smouse Bros Replaced the sump pump, installed a vapor barrier, leveled the house, repaired some structural damage among other things. The Guys were friendly, hard working and informed us of every step in the repair. I was 100% satisfied."

The gentleman was on time and very friendly. He first snaked the pipe to clear that. Then he had to open up walls to find where the leak was. After opening up the wall behind the sink and repairing the pipes there he had to put a hole in the ceiling down stairs and locate another leak and repaired it. Total time was about 2 hrs. I was expecting the bill to be around $400-500 (just my personal estimate) and was pleasantly surprised at the actual cost. Ozark plumbing did not up-charge on the parts used, this surprised me. Overall, I was extremely happy with their services and cost and plan on having them return to do our plumbing in our upcoming bathroom remodels!"
