"I contacted Jamie to get my septic system pumped, not knowing the state it was in as I had recently moved into the home. Jamie was very professional and pulled up my as builts on the King County website and walked me through the entire system over the phone. Then when he came to my place he examined everything and took the time to explain to me in detail how my whole system worked and also explained that it would have been a waste of money for me to pump my system now as it simply didn't need it. I was somewhat determined to pump the system anyways but he insisted it was not worth it. "Pete and Ryan came prepared with diagrams that they got online and located tank, found the lids and dug them out before pumping the septic tank and the pump tank.  It took them about 1.5 hours and they did an excellent, professional job. <br /> I had a diagram which showed two septic tanks but Pete told me that I had only one tank and a pump tank.  He showed me the diagrams that he had gotten online and showed me the locations that were indicated; very different from my diagram.  He located the lids in about five minutes and Ryan dug them out and uncovered the tanks.  Pumping took about half an hour. <br /> Pete showed me that both the toilet from my guest house and the toilet from my main house both drained to the septic tank that he had located and that the pump had an alarm that was installed but not connected.  Great to know. <br /> I was very pleased with the service and the professional and friendly manner that Pete treated me.  He notified me of when he would arrive via email.  I highly recommend this service. <br />"
