When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. When he heard about our electrical troubles (and saw some for himself) he called his friend and then followed up with them to make sure it was taken care of. Moose was very upfront about the cost, he even gave multiple prices, in the event the sewer line was not a straight run and it became necessary to jackhammer the concrete under my porch (thankfully that wasn't the case).
