"2018: Mariusz and his team provided exceptional customer service and quality products that ensure my roof and gutters will stand the test of time and weather. And once again, the result was PERFECT. The process of working with insurance took years but Holda Construction was extremely patient and didn't push the project. A call every couple weeks to see how I was and to let me know he was always ready when I was couldn't have been better. Mariusz made multiple trips to the house to help the process move along and was instrumental in getting us to where we are today. I would highly recommend taking Mariusz's advice on the things that could really change how you see your home. One major recommendation was to not simply side up to the windows but to put in BEAUTIFUL window borders that not only take the look of the finished project up 10 notches but sealed the home better than anything. The team Mariusz sent could not have been better. They tolerated an overwhelming amount of questions from me and walked me through everything that was being done. Not only did they finish the job but went above and beyond when we discovered 6 leaking, previously installed windows by someone else, were not installed nor sealed properly. They immediately removed the windows from my home and reinstalled them correctly and did so happily. THIS WAS NOT THEIR JOB! The team simply wanted to do the right thing and fixed someone else's mistakes so that my home could be at 100%! Here we are, 2 weeks later, and my home feels BRAND NEW. "Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed.
