"We had a collapsed sewer pipe, with a flooded basement and busted water heater! Another plumber came out and gave an estimate on a sewer lining, another company gouged us on cleaning out the sludge from the basement! We called around for a second opinion and got ahold of Curtis, who it turned out I had already spoken to multiple times while trying to get the first plumber out to us. He recommended a full replacement of our sewer line and it was cheaper than the lining and his reasons were sound. Next day we finally were able to run water down our drains (never underestimate your toilet!), next day our yard was filled like it never happened (besides having no grass), next day we got our new water heater (with 10% discount) and I'm getting ready for a hot shower. "Their work was very professional and courteous. The perimeter drain involved a lot of jackhammering, and hauling buckets of concrete/rubble out, as well as mixing bags of concrete and hauling many bags of concrete. All *very* labor intensive. While on the worksite, they accidentally struck three sewer lines, and performed repairs. Some of these repairs required extra work, which we negotiated to my satisfaction with their supervisor before the job was complete. The drain itself has been in place for one full year now, and has certainly prevented my basement from flooding at least 5 times this winter. I can hear the drain pipe discharging into the sump well when we are at flood stage. The pump, drain, and discharge work all as expected, except for one caveat. The bid was for a complete perimeter drain along the basement cold seam, except where the basement fireplace is located. It terminates at both sides. When receiving the bid, I asked if that was going to be a problem, he said no - there was sufficient drainage to intercept any water on either side of the fireplace. Later that season, I contacted Permadry because we noticed visible wet spots on either side of the fireplace in the few inches between the fireplace and the end of the drains. This, and the continued efflorescence in the brick meant that we had a moisture issue on the fireplace. Upon contacting them, they told me that they do not do fireplace work. I reminded them that they stood by a lifetime guarantee for their work. They reminded me that it doesn't include fireplaces. So, I have minor water intrusion next to my fireplace that they were unwilling to inspect or troubleshoot. But my basement isn't flooding. Later that Spring, when conducting a sewer repipe under the house, we uncovered debris (cast iron and rubble) that had gone into one of punctured sewer pipes, and had traveled 8 feet. The unforseen work is always unforseen. However, my pipe repairs could have been problematic. During our repipe, we re-laid all the pipe Permadry repaired. And, while their repairs were serviceable, they were not done as a plumber would have and could have caused problems in the long term. The debris certainly would have. While this review may sound overly-critical, I am not critical of this company. I had a very large, unpleasant job and they carried it out with great professionalism. I would hire them again. Unless I can find a company that includes fireplaces in their waterproofing work."

"Great Service!!! I had a clog in my main sewer line. Called around 7am and was able to schedule an estimate same day. Got a call back from Andrew and was able to have them come in sooner, which was awesome! Plumbers David & Chris was courteous, friendly and professional. They were able to fix my issue swiftly and jet the roots out as well. I love the fact that they made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving, to ensure the issue has been resolved. They even ran a camera down my sewer line to insure me all the roots were gone, got a video as well. I had the same issue previously and called another company. I had to call them twice because they did not resolve the issue on both times out here. Hagee Plumbing fixed it.

"A week prior to pumping, we had the septic back up into our house. The problem was a clog in the line from the house to the septic tank. I called my plumber first who was unable to make it out that day and he referred us to Evergreen Sanitation. We've used Evergreen Sanitation before to pump our septic and another time when we had our septic alarm go off. A call to Evergreen was answered promptly (this was on a holiday in the midst of a snow storm) and the woman who answered talked with me about the problem we were having and determined it was unlikely our septic system itself and correctly diagnosed a clog between the house and the tank. After calling two roto rooter services, we ended up opening our septic tank ourselves and found a clog right at the tank which we were able to remove. Decided to have the system pumped as it had been 2 1/2 years since the last time and the tanks were already exposed. I called Evergreen to schedule the pumping. Again the call was answered promptly, very friendly and service was scheduled with a choice of morning or afternoon and an estimate was given over the phone. The technician arrived promptly, was very professional and friendly. I described our earlier problem as he was removing the lid to our main tank and discovered that the water level was very high and our main line was once again backed up! We came very close to another septic backup into our home. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged filter and cleaned the filter. Told us that we probably wouldn't have any more problems with it but would need to make sure the filter was cleaned each time we had the tank pumped. He provided a thorough inspection of the system and said everything looked great. Tested it by having me flush toilets to make sure it was working before he left. He told me that the filter we had currently (basically a sock filter) was a fairly poor filter and suggested we may want to replace it at some point. He gave me an estimate as well as some literature on the filter so I could investigate it further. No pressure at all and I appreciated the information. Will definitely use them again."
