"It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"I had Adrian, the owner of MCraft, install wood on my second floor and I could not be more impressed with the experience. He was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space. He was always punctual and when leaving ensured the area was clean. In moving our furniture prior to/ after the job he was always careful. Instead of hurrying through the sanding process he took his time. It was a time consuming process requiring many different levels of sanding and it was clear he was not trying to rush the job.
