"They were prompt and courteous. Although I was not present during the bee removal, they left the site clean."

"It was a pleasant experience. I called a number of companies that were going to make me wait to come out and do an estimate for me. Rat Busters came out right away and made the whole thing very painless. The guy who showed up was very nice and explained everything he had to do to guarantee his work. If this is the experience that all of their customers have I would recommend them to anyone looking to have animals pests removed from their property."

"A man of his word. This company is reliable, prompt and keep their word. We had an infestation on our house. Other companies did not even make the effort to come out to give us a quote. Julio showed up promptly, gave us a good quote and immediately began the job. It was a 3 day process and he showed up all 3 days and completed the job smoothly. Thank you! In the future we will be using your company many times and sending our recommendations."

"I contacted the service on Sunday. They promptly called me around 8:00 AM on Monday. Told they would be here for estimate between 10:30 and 11:00. They showed up at 10:45. They assessed the issue of a bird nesting on my home. They called their office for a price. I hired them. They removed the bird and nest, and sanitized the area. All ended well, and both men were very nice, polite, and respectful. Would recommend them. I did not get another quote from anyone else, So, I am not certain on the price, but I gave them 5 stars because of their service was excellent."
