The trouble with our move into our new home began the day before. They sent us a text message asking if they could start at 9 a.m. rather than noon. The day of the move-in, we arrived at the storage unit as quickly as we could. They loaded the truck and were efficient. That was great, but they ruined an armchair because they decided to go through our sliding glass door rather than down the stairs. They wanted to waste time trying to fix it. (No offense, but I am not going to pay by the hour for you to fix something that you damaged.) They also put a large dent in the top of my practically new clothing washer. When we pointed it out, they said, "That wasn't there before?" Nope. It wasn't. They tried to fix it, which didn't work, and then only gave us a $40 discount off our bill. They were punctual, friendly and professional, but I'm not sure that we would hire them again."
