"The customer service is top notch! Frank is extremely accommodating and worked hard to satisfy. I had a mouse problem and was not successful when trying to handle the problem myself. I called up Frank and was able to get an appointment within a few days. The initial visit went smoothly. However, the problem was not fixed. I notified Frank and he came back within a few days to see what else he can do. It took about 3 visits, but I'm sure these things require tweaking due to unique circumstances for every customer. Fortunately, after the last visit, I didn't see the mouse, again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm happy that Frank is readily available to keep working until the problem is resolved."
