"I?m sharing my experience with Dave?s Fence in DeLand after seeing comments that they don?t care about customers after installation. That has not been my experience at all. After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. From my experience, Dave?s Fence stands behind their work and truly values their customers even after the job is done. I would absolutely recommend them. "

"They did a good job, I will say though, just my personal opinion, I had some minor issues. When the crew showed up for the install they were not in any company vehicles or uniforms of any kind that represented the company that has been in business for 33 years. I cannot lie, that made me nervous, it made me think they hired a third party company to do the install for our fence. The only other thing I would say, is when they were digging the holes for the posts they were just dumping the dirt onto my sod, I am not an expert on fence installation, but you would think they would have a wheel barrel or something to dispose of the dirt. I have a new construction so all the dirt that was left on my new sod was a issue, but I personally took care of it."

"Our experience with Broome Property Enterprises and Steve Broome and his crew in particular was outstanding. My wife contracted Broome to retile our master bath floors and shower, replace all shower hardware (from wall pipes outward), install new vanity countertop, sinks, faucets, remove popcorn ceiling in closet and repaint throughout. That job was so reasonably priced, the work of such high quality and the experience with the work crew (thank you Kiel and Benny!) so pleasant that when the need arose to replace the carpet in one bedroom with tile and repaint, Broome were the obvious choice. I can honestly say our experience was excellent and we strongly recommend choosing Broome for work in your home. A couple more words...things we didn't consider when embarking on these projects were the crew's access to our gated community on a daily basis and how they might treat the rest of our home, through which they'd have to pass many times daily. They proved to be professional and respectful of our home. They laid brown paper on their pathways, tidied up the garage (used to store materials, cut tile and generally prep their work) when finished. It appears they were as careful and respectful of our home as we ourselves would have been. Those unforeseen factors make for us the price paid being even more reasonable. Thank you team Broome! "What a great service. Arrived Sunday morning within a hour of calling. Had us back up and running in about an hour. Asked what improvements could be made to help our system. Brian explained everything and agreed to come back Monday. He came with some help and installed new whole system filter. Replubmbed the expansion tank and water softener. I couldn’t have asked of expected any higher quality of service."
