"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"big henrys came out to my home 20 minutes after i called. my basement was flooded and big henrys came out and diagnosed that my previous pump burned out and i need a new one to be replaced. period. he went and got me a new some pump the same day and replaced it"

In addition to replacing our sump pump, back-up sump pump, and ne water heater, Rob contacted the city about water levels in our area. He didnâ t need to do that. But gave us very useful information about what he found out. All good. Would definitely recommend."

"We suffered a water spigot break due to freezing weather that was not discovered until the line was charged in the spring. This caused significant water damage in our basement. Gary came over within 24 hours of notification, evaluated and identified the problem and had it corrected within a short amount of time. He also came back a week later for the same thing on the other spigot that started to give us problems also from the extreme cold weather in February. I would highly recommend Restoration Mechanical and their technicians. Gary is extremely professional, through and easy to work with. The price was very fair given the emergency circumstances."
