Greg called and was nearby so he arrived even earlier, was very quick to find the reason my front load washer was leaving a puddle on the floor during the wash cycle and/or if the water supply was not turned off. He was able to locate the valve assembly at a parts supply nearby and have the washer repaired in a very efficient manner.
