Jason was polite and professional. He gave me a two hour window of when he would come to the house. He was there right on time. He set up two traps and spent a good deal of time explaining a lot about skunks. Most importantly how to avoid attracting them in the future.  The first night we caught a opossum. We called Jason and he came and released him for no additional charge. He moved one of the traps where there were fresh markings.
