"Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."

"I got home after an extended weekend to find my house soaked from a broken pipe under my upstairs bathroom sink. There was wet drywall from my ceiling that had fallen on my living room floor. The next day everything was bone dry and they removed their equipment. I ended up getting enough money to remodel the room that got wet. I literally couldnt be happier with their service and although I hope to never need them again I wouldnt hesitate to call them to help. Thanks again"
