Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable. The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping.
