"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "All went well with no problems. Todd McCrohan and his helper were outstanding. Work proceeded every day, rain or shine. Jared, the electrician, was also outstanding. He worked two days from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to make sure he did not get in the way of the erecting crew and kept their schedule moving along. All workers were neat and tidy, cleaning up and removing all debris. Communication with the office was excellent at all times due to Anna Laycock's thoroughness and patience. <br />This sunroom was the third year-round sunroom that I have had Patio Enclosures install for me. Two for myself and one for my daughter. The above comments can apply to all three installations. My daughter's installation took place in January, 2016. "The SeaGate installed product is excellent.  The installation crew and subcontractors are professional and friendly, however  you will wait for up 6 months for the work to be done after you have paid 1/2 of the quoted price, you will be lied to about the job completion date, promises of work crews showing up will not be kept, and you will essentially be a prisoner in your home for months at a time never knowing who will show up to work, or when. <br> <br>The workers are good people, but the owner who schedules the jobs and work crews is a non-communicator who will not respond to your requests for accurate scheduling, and who shuffles his very limited and small work crew back and forth between too many active job sites, the result being a long and dragged out process. <br> <br>Of course, despite waiting for almost 6 months for this relatively simple and straightforward project, the owner will be at your door asking for money the day after completion. He can't schedule a dependable jobsite timetable, won't answer your pleas for accurate scheduling, and/ or will lie to you, but he knows exactly when the job is done to collect money. <br> <br>Bottom line, good product, but terrible scheduling and communicating. I would NEVER hire this company again, nor recommend them...they are completely frustrating and undependable to deal with. <br>"

"The house looks amazing. Paul and his crew were extremely professional, friendly, prompt and performed very high quality work. They were all a pleasure to work with. They did some extras for no additional cost ... new hardware and hinges on all exterior doors throughout the house, changed and programmed new garage door openers, attached new lights to the outside of house and removed a lot of old furniture that we wanted gone. They were very thorough and always picked up after themselves after a days work. We would highly recommend Three Sons. Only gave a "GOOD" rating for price because it was a very expensive project. However, we did get 3 quotes and this was the better price of the three."

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation.
