At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn't want pipes replaced and he couldn't charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again."
