I called him for eliminating palmetto bugs in our home but he also treated the outside of our home for spiders, bees, wasps, and mud daubers (something I didn't even know about). "They were my second quote and Mr. Shumaker, himself, came out to give it to me. As soon as we met he said we were family and he meant it. I needed super quick turn-around when we left our dog at a new kennel and he came home with flea infestation. First time in his 3.5 years. It was all over our house in a matter of a week.
