"I had to dissemble to clean the 4 inner oven glass panels in the Samsung electric range and the final 3 steps of putting the door back seemed too tricky for me to handle. No YouTube DIY videos available for 4 glass panel oven doors ! I called up several appliance pros and surprisingly none was willing to do it ! Joey kn Silicon Valley Appliance seemed quite confident on the phone relating to the oven door issue. He came on time (actually 10 min early, which was good for me). He worked on it capably for 5-10 min and put it back to the oven ! Very efficient ! He observed city ordinance & wore mask and shoe covers. Very polite, friendly , professional !"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"So hard to figure out who to go with when needing a service. I selected AZ Appliance as their ratings were 5*. And geez did they meet up to it. They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. I will be putting these guys in our Next door Neighbors page to make sure my neighbors get the same reliability in their appliances. Look no further than AZ Appliance."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
