"First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. This is the second home for which Folker's has provided new windows. We were extremely pleased both times."

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

Due to living far away we couldn't visit the construction site, but they uploaded frequent photos to their awesome client web site where we could also see photos of items we chose and other details. Even did Facetime walkthroughs with us. Kessler was super responsive to any inquiries we had and were very professional. We really couldn't be happier. We just moved in a few weeks ago and the attention to detail is awesome, and all the work inside and out is really top notch. We'd totally use them again if we ever needed to build another house in the Tallahassee area. Really nice gift basked too at the end with very personal touches unique to our house.
