"They fixed my A/C unit quickly, when I was scared it was going to have to be replaced."

"When coming to give a bid, Gordon Senior did a great job looking at each project and explaining what would be done and what it would cost. He spent an entire day completing projects, with a wonderful assistant. He removed and installed two toilets, which required extra work because the old toilets had rusted parts in the floor. Gordon Senior figured out how to fix the problems, and purchased materials to complete the job. He also replaced two outdoor faucets and installed two new indoor faucets. He snaked our sewer pipes out to the street and showed us the condition of our sewer pipe on a live video. A lot was accomplished in a day's worth of work. Our only disappointment was that he didn't follow through with providing a bid on replacing the sewer pipe, which will need to be done eventually."

"He was great and was very efficient in diagnosing the problem."

"Dennis was great from start to finish. He called me back when I asked for a quote, he set up an appointment, he called and then texted me when he was coming and he showed up on time (actually an hour early!). He explained the repair to me, made the repair and cleaned up the work area. And the cost for the repair was way less than I've paid for previous plumbers. I would highly recommend Lowe Plumbing. 5 stars!!!"

"Juan has done work for us over several years and we keep asking him to do more! He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. Juan does quality work AND is reasonably priced. He gives free estimates and schedules the work in a timely manner! We found a gem many years ago and will continue to hire him for projects!"

"I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part. He gave me great general advice about my sink and pipes, worked quickly and efficiently, and EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I appreciate that I was given updates about his exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and they also gave online personal information and a PICTURE of the repairman coming to my house. It made me feel very comfortable to have been given this information and I appreciated the concern the company showed for MY PERSONAL SAFETY. I have never received that kind of information from any other business coming to my home and it was very much appreciated. I will certainly call HEART again for future repairs. "Rocky called when we was on his way, was ahead of schedule, and was very helpful throughout the process. He replaced the valve and ensured there were no leaks before he left. He provided helpful advice regarding overall plumbing as we are new homeowners."

"Their professionals showed up, on time and got the job done quickly. They were very transparent and clear regarding pricing, and their communication was to tier! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Easy to schedule service, called when they were on the way. Friendly. Explained the work well. Got the job done quickly even when it turned out to be a little more than just a leaky outdoor faucet replacement. Am happy with my new, upgraded faucet and shut off lever in my basement. Have used Applewood for years and would recommend them."

"I first came across Headstrong Plumbing on Instagram and connected with the owner directly via DM—he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and left a great impression. When an issue with our water lines came up shortly after, they were my first call. A real person answered within two rings, and their admin team made same-day scheduling completely seamless. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and mapped out a clear solution. It required a quick run for parts, and they generously offered either to return first thing the next morning or come back within the hour to finish it after hours. We chose the evening option, and they stayed late to get the job done right. The quality of work was outstanding. We will definitely use Headstrong Plumbing for any future needs and highly recommend them to friends and family!"
