"I had an extremely positive experience with Fresno Plumbing. Six and one half years after I purchased my brand new home I had a sewer backup problem. I called the builder to see if there was any warrantly coverage and they referred me to the original plumber for my home, Fresno Plumbing and Heating. Fresno Plumbing and Heating said very rarely there are pipe connection problems and they would investigate. They videoed my sewer line, discovered a flaw in the pipe connection, used their sophisticated diagnostic equipment to determine the exact location of the problem, got all the necessary permits, identified all the nearby utility lines, and took responsibility for fixing the pipe at no charge to me. They could have said I was out of the warranty period, but they felt the problem could have dated to the original construction. They took my problem seriously and investigated. If I had to pay for this myself it would have cost thousands. I am very grateful for their honesty, for the repairs they made, and for the way they treated me in this situation. They were a strong advocate for me in dealing with the various player to get the repairs made at no charge to me."

"EXCELLENT! When our heater died, we found them on Angie's List. Jeff came out very soon to give us a quote. He was very informative and professional. We had read the reviews and decided to go with them without even getting other quotes. It wasn't the lowest price around I'm sure.....but it was about what we expected, other than a couple of newer additions which I'm sure we will be happy with. 5 young men (Joaquin/Ben/Dillon/Alvaro/Allen) started the next morning! This was quicker than it might have been because it's April & not high season for worrying about heat. These men were Friendly, Informative, Efficient, Capable. I can't say enough good about them. I have a home office and an income tax business, so I was here working and they were here for 3 full days. I was Completely comfortable with them around. It was an Exceptional job done and I'm kind of going to miss them! ;-) Great Job ABC!"

"This is the third time we've used Pacific Plumbing and they get an A+. We called them and an hour later, four men were here. They had to flush out the entire water line from the street to the house. It took about 2.5 hours and then the toilets worked and the water had drained from the showers. They used the latest equipment, including a camera they sent into the line to be sure it was all clear. I can't recommend them strongly enough. The cost was completely reasonable."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
