"We had something in our attic, and they came and did an assessment and
placed some traps. Turned out to be mice, so then we paid for a
full-house inspection, and they found a lot of evidence of mice. They
recommended a package of things for the home to help mouse-proof it. I
explained that we couldn't afford all of that, and they were very good
about discussing priorities while also noting that mice could still get
in if we didn't plug all the holes. After learning that our neighbors
had ended up with snakes in their attack due to a mouse problem, we
decided to spring for the whole package, which was a bit less than
$1,000 (including a new "door" for our crawl space -- the biggest ticket
item). I can't judge price very well, as I don't know what other people
cost, but we were happy with their responsiveness, professionalism, and
a no-pressure approach. Since they fixed the house several weeks ago,
we haven't had any more mice in the house so far."

"I would like to say that I have a more relaxed feeling since Raven Termite & Pest Control showed up. After a rough covid year the critters decided to come inside my house. After having dealt with other companies I was told to call Raven and ask for Carl. Well thank you Lord! Carl came in armed and ready like Ghost Busters. He was polite and listened to my concerns and went right to work. He tracked down the points of entry, plugged the holes set the bait. He made recommendations and set up return appts. When he returned he bagged the critters and installed repair insulation (bought by me but I didn't know how to use it) that the critters had gnawed thru on the garage door. "Affordable Pest, LLC was quick to respond and set up the initial appointment. The exterminator was very pleasant. Listened to our concerns and communicated clearly. He always calls prior to his arrival and meets the scheduled time. This was my first experience with bed bugs. After 5 treatments, we still have bed bugs. As I have repeatedly contacted customer service to let them know that the bed bugs have not been eradicated, they have become less responsive. The scheduling has been more difficult. They change the scheduled appointments without contacting me first. The last time I contacted them, I once again explained that I was still experiencing bites and signs of bed bugs, the person I talked to told me that it could not be bed bugs. Same bites, same signs after 7 weeks. I was insulted as I know what the bites look like and these are the same. I paid for a 6 month contract. It was expensive, but I am glad I chose to do it since it is still an ongoing problem. The company name of Affordable Pest is misleading as I thought they were a bit high priced. As of this review, I am still having sleepless nights and finding new bites daily."

"My first time ever dealing with a pest control company, so i'm not much of a critic. They came to my initial spraying and were very cordial. They were outside first and supplied some traps. Not too sure what i'm supposed to do with those, but so far so good. They come back in 3 months so hope to still have a 5 star rating. Also, i didnt really compare rates, but the offer seemed very reasonable."

"All Star came out because of an ant problem and I wanted to get a yearly contract with a reputable company. The technician, Ihab, was professional and very thorough. Not only did he address the ant problem, but answered my questions about chemical and organic treatment. He also checked around the entire perimeter of the house and went up into my attic to inspect for rodents, which he did find evidence of. He spent close to an hour inspecting everything and talking to me about the pest management plan. He even moved my stove away from the wall to check for pests there! I've used several of the big name companies and never have they been so thorough. We'll see how the rest of the year goes, but I'm impressed so far."
