"DO NOT HIRE ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS! I hired them to put on a new roof and walk-out deck for $25,000. What a DISASTER! SHODDY WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. DECK They hold a simple roofers CR42 license. Upon learning of this, I halted the work on the deck. They had already installed “sister joists” under the decking which is a VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSING. They also “repaired” the stucco they damaged which is IN VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSE. A stucco professional said it must be completely redone. The decking ‘weep screed’ was missing and coatings misapplied. They put their foot through the deck, twice, and which resulted in two large holes in the patio ceiling. They tried to repair them, which they are UNLICENSED to do. ROOF INSTALLATION Poor workmanship resulted in having much of the roof redone. The shoddy work is too extensive to list here. It includes incorrectly applied mortar, tile gaps, vent screens not replaced, roof jacks, sloppy point, missing underlayment, etc."

"I received a text for a free roof inspection. I really didn't want one, I wasn't looking for problems. However, I already had one. Two of my roof tiles had fallen from the second story, almost hit my AC units and managed not to crack. A 3rd one was looming, edged to fall next. I asked Logan, who came out for the inspection, if he could instead just do the repair so I would not get a leak with the exposed roof during the AZ monsoon season. Mind you, it a 100 and hot outside. He said, yeah no problem and proceeded to get up on the roof and fixed them. He also did the inspection, lol! The best part was, Lucas is a walking angel and didn't even charge me to put the 2 fallen tiles back up. He quoted me a price to redo my roof and it was more reasonable than I expected. He told me they even offer financing. Lucas earned a client for life with me. When I am ready ProGuard will be installing my roof. They have an ROC # and the customer service was off the charts. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company.
