"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"We needed a roof replacement on our aging roof, so I had 4x different companies come by to do an estimate. Chris Rahill came out from Mighty Dog roofing. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and knowledgeable he was - he was able to answer every question that came up easily. Communication was top notch - very fast responses to calls/texts. He climbed on the roof and used a drone to evaluate the property. At this point, we discussed options. We were especially interested in Owens Corning shingles - they seemingly have a great warranty. Now at this point, I had four companies to decide between. What made me go with Mighty Dog was the following: they were a "Platinum Preferred Contractor" for Owen's Corning (be sure to make sure your roofer is certified in your roof system as they are held to the manufacturer's standards and can honor your warranty), the communication was top notch, the quote was easy to understand, he felt trustworthy, the price was fair, and seemed to know what he was doing. I had initial reservations with going with this company as they didn't have as many online reviews as competitors - don't let this scare you away. His workers showed up on time as scheduled and worked their butts off all day to remove my old roof (2x layers of shingles) and install a beautiful new one (all were very professional and friendly as well). Their cleanup was so good, you could barely tell anything was done (other than a beautiful new roof. I was extremely impressed all around. Would recommend."

"They repaired my roof replaced siding put in a drain sprout did a good job made sure every thing was done correctly I Would recommend them to others"

"My experience with this company was very professional and pleasant. Customers service was excellent. They immediately reached out to me and scheduled my job. The owners came out and assessed the job, show me the images of problems, and sit down and went over all details pertaining to the job and gave me quotes. They are very fair with pricing and working with you. When the job was company they sent me before and after pictures of the repairs. I m totally satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement."

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Look no further Zoe’s Property Services is who you need to hire !"

"Think back to a time when contractors were very skilled, kept their word, showed up on time and did the job very well, this is what you can expected from Alexander, John and the whole team at Shaw's Roofing and Construction. My roof has been leaking and been “fixed” on and off for about 5 years but the problem always came back. Alexander explain everything that needed to be done to prevent this problem from occurring again and again. He was able to answered all my questions and kept in touch with me during the whole process. If I could give Shaw’s roofing company 5+ rating I would, bottom line you can not go wrong with having this company install your roof and/or shingles. He will give you a fair price, perform the job well, respect your property by cleaning up after the job. Overall a wonderful experience and think about that, when is the last time you can said you had a wonderful experience with a contractor?. Thanks Shaw’s roofing and Construction!"

"I was searching online for a roofing company to replace the roof on my shed because it was beginning to collapse from deterioration. The first company to give me a call right back was Avany Contractors. They came over to take a look and gave me a free estimate. I hired them that same day for the job. They were able to schedule me for the upcoming week. When that day arrived, Avana Contractors were punctual, and professional, and they got the job done on time. My shed looks brand new with the newly installed roof. Avany Contractors also cleaned up after they finished their work. I will be hiring Avany Contractors for future house projects because they are reliable and do quality work."

"Union showed up early to the appointment. My asphalt roof needed to be replaced. They replaced it with a new, energy efficient rubber roof with new roof vents in one day. They also patched and repaired my chimney."

"Ralphie's Roofing installed a roofing system to four flat roofs that had previously required constant resurfacing. He used an Elevate (Firestone) white granulated roofing system with a granulated membrane and installed a copper drain box for a price that was less than half an estimate I had been previously quoted. The work was high quality and came with a 15 year warranty. I am very satisfied."
