"I needed assistance with moving my 2 bedroom townhouse condo. From the very first phone call I was provided with amazing customer service! They were responsive and flexible as my move came together. The quote provided was very accurate as well. The team that assisted me with my move was personable, professional and very considerate. "Overall a pleasant experience. The interaction with the scheduling and pricing person was very good and professional. They were proactive, managed my expectations as to what will occur when and what all I needed to do and what all will they do. Also, as compared to some other providers that I contacted through Angie's list, their quote was the most competitive. The movers showed up on time. They reviewed and loaded the stuff. I think they could have taken some extra care in loading the items but otherwise they were efficient. One of the loaders was more talkative than others and sort of took the "leadership" position among them. His expectations on receiving tips were misaligned to my own which I had to quickly set him in place with. Delivery was a similar experience. They showed up on time as promised, even though it was out of state delivery. The unloaded and kept the items where we asked them to. A few items received scratches (TV and some furniture. See my earlier comment about care in loading) which we did not notice until later. Our TV and furniture is getting old so we did not care as much. Other customers should insist on proper padding if the loaders don't do that. Once again, had to deal with the leader's tip expectations. All in all, I will not hesitate to use them again, should there be a need. Hope this helps."

"From start to finish it was professional, courteous, quick and one of the best experiences I have had moving!  From my first inquiry to them about my move, to setting the date, time and price...everything was very well spelled out, I knew all I needed too.  Then after our phone conversation I received an email contract with everything we had spoken about exactly as we had talked about it.  The day before the move I spoke with Jerel who confirmed the move, spoke of the two men who would be moving me so I knew who they were and what to expect.  They showed up on time ready to work.  They had the truck loaded in two hours everything I needed moved on the truck.  They were efficient in moving my things out  to the truck, with ease, no dings on the walls or ceilings that I have had in the past as movers rushed to get to the next job.  I never felt like they needed to be done and out of there.  They were there to move me.  Once packed up we went to the house and they unloaded as quickly, carefully, and efficiently as the load on to the truck.  They were done in three hours.  I even asked them if they could move a large piece from one room to another when I decided that I didn't really want it in the first room like I thought.  They quickly did it with out any complaint or question.  
They were extremely polite, were great at communicating if they were unsure of something to move or where to put it.  
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free move!  They are dependable, communicative, and a pleasure to work with.  I will always use them!  They have a loyal customer for as long as they are in business!
