They don't talk much but they are respectful. They put tarp to protect the plants surrounding the house. It was noisy and messy when they worked on the roof, which is not a surprise. But when they left, they clean up the job site pretty well, so there was no problem. The new roof looks very nice and neat. Overall, it was a straightforward process. They don't try to sell you anything fancy, just what you need."
