"It was a pleasure to work with DB Design. I wanted to do a kitchen remodel and started calling around and contacting various local remodeling companies. Most of the companies either never contacted me back or laughed when I told them what I wanted to do and what my budget was. DB Design was different. They contacted me back almost immediately and scheduled a day to come out to my house for a free consultation. Doug and Rita came out and spent over an hour with me about what I wanted, some options that could work, and making measurements of the dimensions of the kitchen. I mainly worked with Rita from that point on and she was a great communicator and was prompt and patient with all of the questions that I had. Rita was good at working with my vision of what I wanted in the new kitchen and also gave helpful suggestions when I thought something would work but probably wouldn't have in the long run. She got in touch with contractors that were fantastic and got the job done in a timely manner. Overall it was a wonderful experience and DB Design really took a lot of pressure off because I knew how much they cared about making me happy in this major renovation of my house. We got a few estimates for our job before hiring Carmen, but Carmen stood out as the most detail oriented and attentive contractor we met with by far.
