He took the time to listen, answer my questions, help me understand the process, and give me professional advice - all after his regular day of stops, as mine was considered an "emergency stop"! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing service from Suburban Pest Control (I'm sure their other technicians are also good & professional).
