"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"Casey replaced my furnace and installed a new water tank. The project was completed perfectly from start to finish. The project was explained to me. The proposal was the work completed for the price planned. All the workers were friendly and polite. Everything was clean upon leaving. Appointments were kept. Casey responded to calls and questions. "Overpriced and incompetent. JN Service has worked on my house 5+ times in the last month, totaling nearly $10k, and every visit created a new problem that cost more to fix. Most recently, they came for a small leak and left after cutting/breaking multiple pipes, leaving my entire home with no running water?despite assuring me I?d have at least cold water. They then returned only with an expensive full-home repipe quote, refusing to even quote a local repair. I?ve since had three other plumbing companies inspect everything; all agreed that JN?s technical decisions were poor, their repipe quote was severely overpriced, and their quote structure (initially with almost no detail) was concerning at best, predatory at worst. I will never use JN Service again and strongly recommend others avoid them."

"Jordan responded to my request immediately. He was able to come and replace our leaking hot water heater on a Friday evening. I was very thankful that he was able to replace it so quickly so that we didn’t have any mess or damage. Other people that I contacted either didn’t respond or wouldn’t come out until Monday morning. Jordan was responsive quickly, and he did an excellent job. He was professional yet friendly. We are extremely appreciative of his excellent work on a Friday evening that saved our basement from flooding!! Thank you 😊 We highly recommend Jordan!!"

"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
