He worked with my insurance company to make sure it would be covered. And on the day of the project, when most bosses would leave it to their workers and not check on the work until the end, he checked on their progress several times during the day to make sure it was being done right. "The owner of the company came out for an estimate I requested for a leak over our front door. He was prompt, courteous and took pictures of the issue. The quote was reasonable. He took pictures of "the before", I okayed the work, the leak was fixed the next morning. We were emailed all the finished pictures immediately upon completion, In addition, I asked him to take pictures of anything else that was an issue, he did and sent me a quote for all of it. We decided to have it all done. The owner communicated every step of the way, he and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. The roof looks great and most importantly does not leak. I waited to write this review until we were in the midst of rain this week. Ultimate Roofing was the only company that didn't turn their nose up to us and say they only replace roofs, not repair them. In the end, the repairs cost 10% of what was quoted to us for a new roof."

"They worked from the early morning until dusk and were always available to answer questions i had. After getting 4 different bids, they came in at the most competitive price and the best quality work. They fixed some small things they weren't required to, but they noticed my siding had started to peel on one side, and they fixed it. Great eye for detail, and they completed my 2000 square foot split level home in 2 days. The quality was fantastic, especially for living in an area where high winds caused our old roof shingles to fly off often. So far in 2 and a half years after the job, i still haven't lost a single shingle. They even hauled off my old swamp cooler when they left. Cleaned up excellently, and overall just a better experience than i've ever had with other contractors. Would absolutely recommend."
