I was super impressed with the sales guy from Your Exterior Pros. His name is AJ and he really knows everything there is to know about roofs. Talking to AJ and having him answer the list of questions thoroughly in language that was easy to understand is what sealed the deal for me. The 4 workers showed up at approx. 8AM as I was told. These guys worked from sunrise to sunset and my roof was all done in one day. The raw material supplies for the roof arrived one day prior to the installation date (8/29/24). Everything went smoothly and I love my new metal roof. I highly recommend Your Exterior Pros if you are considering putting a new roof on your home."

"Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."

"Install roofing that leaked a year later. After multiple attempts to get them back to repair roof before leak occurred they refused to come. Avoid at all cost. Talk a good game up front but when issues arises they get upset an blame leakage on siding."

"There work was awful and the materials they used were sub par. Nearly everything they did had to be redone by someone else. Including the temporary waterproofing on the roof, framing(that could have killed the roofer following behind them) , facia, Soffit. They are unfortunately nowhere near as competent as they will lead you to believe. I wouldn't be able to able to sleep at night if I were them. I wouldn't recommend anyone use these guys. "
