"Before this company I had tried three other lawn maintenance companies. Had a multitude of problems with each of them from false billing charges to ineffective sprays that did not control/kill any insects. I have now been with Control Pest Management for over 12 years a still very happy. Very competitive pricing, great service ( particularly on service calls for problems), effective chemicals and a knowledgeable staff. Outstanding!"

"It went really good, specially in the pest control part where the technician is amazing and knowledgeable."

"I reached out to Solve Pest Pros in Orlando for a rodent issue, and I’m really glad I did. From the beginning, they were responsive and took my concerns seriously, which made a huge difference because dealing with rodents can be pretty stressful. The technician who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection, explained where the activity was likely coming from, and walked me through the plan to address it. I really appreciated how detailed they were—it made me feel confident that the issue was being handled the right way. They didn’t just treat the problem—they also took the time to point out areas that could be vulnerable and gave helpful recommendations to prevent future issues. That extra level of care really stood out to me. Since the service, I’ve already noticed a big improvement, and I feel a lot more at ease in my home. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and very effective. I would definitely recommend Solve Pest Pros."

"Bob, if I may, was very knowledgeable about my situation. He explained to me what types of pests that I'm having a problem with.He made several suggestions and thanks to you Bob I no longer have a pest problem. Thank you for coming to my rescue."

"Sometimes they are good and then sometimes I have to keep calling them out cause like they doesn't seem like they get all the weeds.

They're very nice, all the workers are very nice. The pest control has been very good, I've had no complaints about the pest control the only problems I've had is with the weed control."

"I had hired a pest company in the past and I wish I remember their name I was totally ripped off by them and charged a lot of money for a warranty and guarantee that they did not honor and I continued to have a pest problem. I found Shumaker s and they are the all time best takes responsibility for the problem and their fee is so responsible it is worth my sanity to have Shumaker s monitor my property and keep it pest free this is saying a lot for contractors in Florida so many disappointing and unreliable companies, contractors and handymen in this area Shumaker s is a godsend and so happy I found them"
